Donus Taxi has accepted as a principle to ensure the confidentiality of the information shared by our visitors who visit the website https://www.donustaksi.com. Therefore, this “Privacy Policy” has been created to inform you by explaining which information you have, in which ways and for what legal purposes is processed by Donus Taxi, which third parties this information is shared with in accordance with the law and within the scope of your permission, and how it is protected by Donus Taxi. All services provided to you by Donus Taxi through all channels will be referred to as “Service”.
SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY
As part of the service provided, Donus Taxi may obtain and transfer information about you, the recipient of the service, within the scope of this Privacy Agreement. Such information transfers are made in accordance with the conditions determined by third parties and existing agreements with third parties and current legal regulations in force. Identity Number, nationality information, mother’s name, father’s name, place of birth, date of birth, gender, tax number, SSI number, signature information, photo, vehicle license plate, telephone number, address, e-mail address, fax number, IP address, social media accounts, location information, information regarding your purchase of products or services, payment information, pages you view on our site, data identifying your mobile device if you visit our site with your mobile device, and any other information that you expressly and in writing choose to provide to us and approve or that we may obtain from third parties with your express approval may be accessed and processed by us.
USE OF COOKIES
Donus Taxi may obtain some of the personal data mentioned above by using a technical communication file (Cookie). The technical communication files in question are small text files that a website sends to the user’s browser to be stored in the main memory. DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processed within the scope of Donus Taxi’s activities are stored for the purpose of processing and for the periods required to achieve this purpose and for the storage period stipulated in the relevant legislation.
Data that has lost its function, whose storage period has expired, and is requested to be destroyed by the data owner, if possible within the framework of the legislation, are destroyed using the appropriate method of deleting, destroying or anonymizing personal data listed in Article 7 of the KVKK.
The transactions carried out will be carried out in accordance with the periods, procedures and principles specified in the “Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data” and the “Regulation on Processing and Ensuring Privacy of Personal Health Data”.
All transactions carried out regarding the deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data are recorded and the records in question are stored for at least three years, excluding other legal obligations.
GİZLİLİK SÖZLEŞMESİ
Donus Taksi, internet sitesi https://www.donustaksi.com ziyaret eden ziyaretçilerimizin paylaşmış olduğu bilgilerin gizliliğini sağlamayı ilke olarak kabul etmiştir. Bu tür bilgi aktarımları, üçüncü kişiler tarafından belirlenen şartlara ve üçüncü kişiler ile mevcut sözleşmelere ve yürürlükteki mevcut yasal mevzuata uygun olarak yapılır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, bilgi aktarımı yapılan üçüncü kişilerin gizlilik uygulamalarını yansıtmamaktadır ve onların gizlilik politikalarından veya uygulamalarından Donus Taksi ait internet siteleri ve platformlar tarafından toplanılan bilgiler, üçüncü taraflarca Donus Taksi internet sitesindeki bağlantılar üzerinden toplanan bilgiler veya Donus Taksi ait bu web sitemizin sponsor olduğu ve/veya katıldığı üçüncü taraf internet siteleri üzerindeki başlıklar, kampanyalar ve diğer reklam veya tanıtımları kapsamamaktadır. Donus Taksi tarafından, verilen Hizmetler kapsamında birtakım kişisel verileriniz bizimle paylaşmayı seçtiyseniz veritabanımıza işlenmektedir. Bu kişisel veriler şunları içerebilir: ad-soyad, T.C. Kimlik Numarası, uyruk bilgisi, anne adı, baba adı, doğum yeri, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, vergi numarası, SGK numarası, imza bilgisi, fotoğraf, taşıt plakası, telefon numarası, adres, e-posta adresi, faks numarası, IP adresi, sosyal medya hesapları, konum bilgileri, ürün veya hizmet satın almanızla ilgili bilgiler, ödeme bilgileri, sitemizde görüntülediğiniz sayfalar, sitemizi mobil cihazınız ile ziyaret etmeniz halinde mobil cihazınızı tanıtan veriler ve tarafımıza vermeyi açıkça ve yazılı olarak tercih ettiğiniz ve onayladığınız veya üçüncü kişilerden bu açık onayınız ile elde edebileceğimiz diğer her tür bilgiye tarafımızdan erişilebilir ve bu bilgiler işlenebilir.
ÇEREZ KULLANIMI
Donus Taksi, yukarıda anılan kişisel verilerden bazılarını teknik bir iletişim dosyasını (Çerez-Cookie) kullanarak elde edebilir. Bahsi geçen teknik iletişim dosyaları, ana bellekte saklanmak üzere bir internet sitesinin kullanıcının tarayıcısına (browser) gönderdiği küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Teknik iletişim dosyası, ana bellekte veya e-postanızdan veri veya başkaca herhangi bir kişisel veri almak için tasarlanmamıştır. Tarayıcıların pek çoğu başta teknik iletişim dosyasını kabul eder biçimde tasarlanmıştır ancak kullanıcılar dilerse teknik iletişim dosyasının gelmemesi veya teknik iletişim dosyasının gönderildiğinde ikaz verilmesini sağlayacak biçimde ayarları değiştirebilirler.
BİLGİ GÜNCELLEME VE DEĞİŞİKLİK
Donus Taksi, gizlilik ve veri koruma prensiplerini güncel tutmak ve ilgili mevzuata uygun hale getirmek için işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nın içeriğini dilediği zaman değiştirebilir. Değişen Gizlilik Politikası Donus Taksi internet sitesinde ilan edilecektir. Gizlilik Politikası’nın güncel haline https://www.donustaksi.com adresinden sürekli olarak ulaşmanız mümkündür. İşbu Gizlilik Politikası’nın değiştirilmesinden sonra Donus Taksi hizmet ve/veya uygulamalarını kullanmaya devam etmeniz halinde yapılan değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz varsayılır. Donus Taksi değişiklik yaptığı Gizlilik Politikası hükümleri internet sitesinde yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlük kazanır. https://www.donustaksi.com adresinden iletişim bilgilerinizin ve tercihlerinizin doğru, tam ve güncel olmasına yardımcı olabilirsiniz. Elimizdeki diğer kişisel veriler açısından; yanlış olan bir bilgiyi düzeltmemizi ya da yasa gereği veya meşru ticari amaçlar ile saklamasının gerekmediği bilginin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

Bu gizlilik sözleşmesi Turksem.com gizlilik sözleşme oluşturucu tarafından hazır bir şekilde oluşturulmuştur. https://www.donustaksi.com dilediği zaman bu sözleşmeye yeni maddeler ekleyebilir veya mevcut maddeleri sözleşme içerisinden kaldırabilir.
KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İMHASI
Donus Taksi’ nin faaliyetleri çerçevesinde işlenen kişisel veriler, işlenme amacı çerçevesinde ve bu amacı sağlamak için gerekli olan süreler boyunca ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde öngörülen saklama süresince saklanır.
İşlevini yitiren, saklama süresi dolan, mevzuat çerçevesinde mümkün olması halinde veri sahibince imha edilmesi istenen veriler, KVKK madde 7’de sayılan kişisel verilerin silinmesi, yok edilmesi veya anonim hale getirilmesi yöntemlerinden uygun olanı kullanılarak imha edilir.
Yapılan işlemler “Kişisel Verilerin Silinmesi, Yok Edilmesi veya Anonim Hale Getirilmesi Hakkında Yönetmelik” ile “Kişisel Sağlık Verilerinin İşlenmesi ve Mahremiyetinin Sağlanması Hakkında Yönetmelik”te belirtilen süre, usul ve esaslara uygun olarak yerine getirilecektir.
Kişisel verilerin silinmesi, yok edilmesi veya anonim hale getirilmesiyle ilgili yapılan bütün işlemler kayıt altına alınır ve söz konusu kayıtlar, diğer hukuki yükümlülükler hariç olmak üzere en az üç yıl süreyle saklanır.
